Admin Assistant

(Part Time)

Location – Home Based and Surrey Office

Vacancy – OPEN

We are looking for someone to maintain our flow of enquiries, notifications, business liaison and website system functionalities. This role will be computer based and will allow someone to work from home in his or her own time. One shift per week will be worked at our Camberley, Surrey location alongside our management team. This person must be computer literate and enjoy organising systems. We would like someone who thrives on providing good customer service and who is willing to learn new ways of work in a fast and sometimes repetitive environment.

Marketing Specialist

(Part Time)

Location – Home Based and Surrey Office

Vacancy – From August 16’

This role is for someone with marketing experience. It is preferred that you have web based marketing experience but we are open to hear from people whom have the initiative and ability to learn new tasks and roles quickly too.

We are looking for a good spirited, professional person whom is computer competent and familiar with social media, SEO and business relations. We are looking to grow our business in the US and Canada, as well as providing the best service for our UK based customers and users.

Sales experience is beneficial but a zest for online creative work is what we are looking for. We need to drive our social media from the UK to the US. We want you to be responsible for a growth in customer liaison through social networking using new ideas, business connections and intelligent use of our brand. Business Manager

Our new business manager must be insightful, creative and have a background of managing or growing a business. They must know about business systems, legal requirements, tax and HR. Having a knowledge of all business areas would be beneficial to the success in this role. The job itself will be business and brand promotion, growing the business, partnership liaison, and implementing systems within our growing team. We are looking for someone who has perhaps wanted to run their own business and who is confident that they could run a global business. Travel will be an essential part of this role, so must be willing to travel for meetings, business liaisons and company events.

Website Content Assistant

(Part Time)

Vacancy – From July 16'

This position is a role for someone who pays great attention to detail in his or her work. The job requires web testing, analysing and idea creation. You will be required to control the functionality and accuracy of our website by standard testing and not by back-end programming or web building. It is a job for someone dedicated to problem solving and knows about website functions. A background of web building or project management would be beneficial but is not essential.

Graphic & Design Specialist

(Flexible Hours)

Vacancy – From October 16'

As with technology, customer desires are ever changing. We want to grow and adapt with our customers. We want someone to come on board and keep our designs, advertising, animations, and brand up to date. This person must be able to design, create and build new and exciting pieces to compliment our brand. This may include animated banners, new graphics, promotional material, and press releases. This job needs someone with zest, imagination and experience.

Must be – Computer literate, fluent in English, creative, adventurous and have experience in graphic design and web design functioning.

Events & Rewards

Co-ordinator

(Part Time)

Vacancy – From July 16'

Our website focuses on rewarding staff and encouraging good customer service. This position is for someone who believes in what we do and understands the importance of showing deserved gratitude to staff at any level. You will be in charge of our rewards system for the staff and for our users. The role will include business liaison with our partners and affiliates, providing customer service to our existing users, managing our current system, and looking at ways to grow and improve the reward function in our business. You will also be in charge of arranging events, award ceremonies and dinners globally, and may eventually be required to travel for these events.

Rate of Pay – To be discussed upon application

Must be – Tenacious, professional and have the willingness to learn quickly. You must be dedicated to role, enjoy project management, fluent in English, and computer literate.

Contracts/Legal Executive

(Flexible Hours)

From September

Vacancy – From August 16'

This position requires a legal contracts background. This role requires someone to update, monitor and manage our contracts, agreements, and legal documents. You will take on existing systems and implement new policies. This person must still be business minded and want to find a long-term position within a growing business. Hours will be to suit but an agreement plan will be arranged. This job would suit someone who enjoys a new challenge, wants to keep his or her current skills and qualifications in use, and wants a break from the normal office admin role.

Rate of Pay – To be discussed upon application

Must be – Professional, experienced in legal contracts, fluent in English, and have a complete understanding of legal business procedures.
